I am fortunate that most of my customers come from recommendations, whether from customers or others in the animal industry. However, I do advertise locally with Yell and Thomson's. Many of my customers come from the local area including Baldock, Letchworth, Luton and Stevenage.
I have been involved in the grooming industry since 1986. I started working with dogs at the Blue Cross Welfare Trust where I first learnt about dog behaviour, and then trained in King's Lynn where I received my Dog Grooming Certificate. I finished off my training at Vardaloo Pet Hotel, Elstree where I became manageress for several years.
