About the Business
You can rest assured that your beloved companion will be given our undivided attention, as we do not book more than one dog per groomer at a time. We feel that having too many dogs in the salon at once causes unnecessary stress to the dogs and is therefore avoided at all times. Our motto is 'quality over quantity'. We also like to emphasize the fact that all dogs are fluff dried by hand. Although this may take slightly longer (and involves more work for the groomer!) we prefer this method to cage or cabinet dryers due to the risk involved with such methods.
Our state-of-the-art Spa can be clearly seen through a glass panel, which divides the boutique area from the spa. This is to give our customers peace of mind that all dogs are treated with the love and respect that they deserve. We do however ask that our customers do not stay whilst their dogs are being groomed as this causes unnecessary stress to your pet, since it is normal for them to be distracted if they see you.
