Tomlinsons was set up by Sally and Patrick in 2006. Being keen dog lovers and enthusiasts in providing them with the best possible care, training and fun they opened this unique canine experience. Not only do they provide boarding kennels but also training, hydrotherapy and a grooming parlour!

Groby, LeicestershireMy daughter in the past few days had to have her Labrador dog of 12 years old put to sleep which was harrowing enough. My son-in-law had purchased a large bag of Senior Arden Grange food from your on-site shop just days previously, it was completely in tack and unopened. They asked my husband to ring you to ask if you would be kind enough to refund this item as they were too upset to do this themselves. My husband rang the Manager and he refused a refund, saying they don’t do refunds. How does that work? He said, “Take it to Animal Aid,” to which my husband replied, “That won’t refund my money.” He replied abruptly, “Put it on eBay then.” All my family are dog owners including myself and have always supported your establishment but I’m sorry to say never again. What a callous man you are.
